antecedents by empirically analysing the relationship between various traits and responsible leadership effectiveness. In a quantitative experimental research study, the participants (62 men and 32 women) first filled out an online survey assessing their gender, age, and major field of study as well as their score in the personality dimensions honesty-humility, openness to experience, empathic concern, perspective taking, and holism. Afterwards, their second-to-fourth digit ratio was measured, and men had the option of providing a saliva sample which was used to determine their testosterone level. Finally, the participants\u2019 performance in the leadership roles professional, facilitator, citizen, idea-provider, and total was assessed with a think-aloud protocol. By performing a multiple linear regression analysis, I found that empathic concern positively influences the roles facilitator and total, holism the role citizen, and perspective taking the role idea-provider. Feedback, als weit verbreitetes F\u00fchrungsinstrument, ist ein kontextabh\u00e4ngiger Faktor, der Kreativit\u00e4t f\u00f6rdern oder hemmen kann. Das Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit ist es, die Bedingungen unter denen Feedback einen Effekt auf die Kreativit\u00e4t von Personen haben kann, zu untersuchen. Des Weiteren wird betrachtet, welche Bedeutung das psychologische Konzept der Selbstwirksamkeitserwartung in diesem Wirkungszusammenhang hat. Es werden die theoretischen Zusammenh\u00e4nge zwischen Feedback, Selbstwirksamkeit und Kreativit\u00e4t literaturbasiert aufgearbeitet, um diese anhand der Empirie aus ausgew\u00e4hlten experimentellen Studien zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen. Abschlie\u00dfend werden zwei eigenst\u00e4ndig konzipierte experimentelle Designs vorgestellt, die bestehende Forschungsl\u00fccken schlie\u00dfen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass Feedback Informationen \u00fcber die Anforderungen von kreativen Aufgaben vermittelt und daher einen positiven Effekt auf die Kreativit\u00e4t hat. Meist ist nicht eine einzelne Zielsetzung ausschlaggebend eine Stiftung ins Leben zu rufen. Unternehmensverbundene Stiftungen zeichnen sich dadurch aus, dass ein (enger) Bezug zu einem Unternehmen besteht. So haben einige Unternehmer durch eine Stiftung die M\u00f6glichkeit geschaffen, ihr Lebenswerk auf Dauer zu erhalten. Zu den wohl bekanntesten unternehmensverbundenen Stiftungen z\u00e4hlen beispielsweise die Alfried Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach-Stiftung, die Fritz Thyssen Stiftung oder die Robert Bosch Stiftung. Bei Gr\u00fcndung einer rechtsf\u00e4higen Stiftung ergeben sich f\u00fcr den Stifter Gestaltungsspielr\u00e4ume beim Stiftungszweck, Stiftungsverm\u00f6gen und bei der Stiftungsorganisation. Das Hauptaugenmerk dieser Arbeit liegt in der Analyse der Besteuerung der Stiftungen. Es wird dargelegt, inwiefern die Stiftung bei Errichtung, w\u00e4hrend des Bestehens und bei Aufl\u00f6sung besteuert wird. However, these generation technologies are intermittent and progressively exposed to market risks as a consequence of declining financial support in the future. To reduce revenue volatility, in this thesis, a wind farm is combined with a battery storage. The study emphasizes the battery\u2019s effect on the investment risk and the accompanying cost of capital. In order to assess this effect, I develop a deterministic optimization model based on historic wind farm and market price data in order to maximize cash flows. Monte Carlo scenarios are generated to evaluate the impact on risk by using the Value-at-Risk as risk criterion. I find that batteries can indeed reduce revenue risk in a case without subsidies. Furthermore, the link to cost of capital is made. Die Darstellung von Patientenzufriedenheit als eigenst\u00e4ndiges Zufriedenheitskonstrukt, neben individueller Zufriedenheit und Kundenzufriedenheit, begr\u00fcndet sich dadurch, dass das Verh\u00e4ltnis zwischen \u00c4rztinnen \/ \u00c4rzten und Patientinnen \/ Patienten nicht mit einem reinen Konsumerlebnis und nur am Rande mit einem Dienstleistungsprozedere vergleichbar ist. Im Bereich der Faktorbestimmung der Patientenzufriedenheit sind h\u00e4ufig Modelle mit drei \u00dcberkategorien zu finden, wobei in der Regel nur eine dieser Kategorien durch die Haus\u00e4rztin \/ den Hausarzt beeinflussbare Faktoren oder Faktorenb\u00fcndel enth\u00e4lt. Die Definition der beeinflussbaren Patientenzufriedenheitskategorien kann je nach gew\u00e4hltem Forschungsschwerpunkt sehr unterschiedlich ausfallen. H\u00e4ufig genannte und untersuchte Zufriedenheitsdimensionen in dieser Hinsicht sind die empfundenen Methoden- und Fachkenntnisse der behandelnden \u00c4rztin \/ des behandelnden Arztes, die Freundlichkeit des Praxispersonals, die verbale Kommunikation und andere zwischenmenschliche Aspekte. Im Bereich der Patientenzufriedenheitsmessung kann grunds\u00e4tzlich zwischen Methoden der Befragung, Methoden der Beobachtung, experimentellen Forschungsdesigns und dem Einsatz von Onlineressourcen zur Erhebung der Patientenzufriedenheit unterschieden werden. Obwohl nicht jede Erhebungsmethode in jedem Kontext eingesetzt werden kann bzw. sollte, wird durch den Einsatz bestimmter Methoden die Untersuchung expliziter Forschungsschwerpunkte beg\u00fcnstigt. Bestimmte Entscheidungen, insbesondere im strategischen Bereich, zeichnen sich zudem durch eine hohe Komplexit\u00e4t aus, da die zugrundeliegenden Annahmen sowie die Auswirkungen der Entscheidung mit Unsicherheiten behaftet sind.<br \/>\nDas Ziel dieser Arbeit war es, durch ein strukturiertes Literaturreview herauszustellen, welche Ans\u00e4tze zur Erfassung einer solchen dynamischen Entscheidungskomponente es bislang gibt.<br \/>\nZur Identifikation relevanter Literatur wurden themenrelevante, wissenschaftliche Verlage wie ELSEVIER, sowie die EBSCO Datenbank genutzt. Auch Dissertationen, Konferenzberichte sowie vorherige Reviewartikel wurden inkludiert. Insgesamt wurden 60 Zeitschriftenartikel aus 31 verschiedenen Zeitschriften, 6 Konferenz-Paper, 11 Buchquellen und eine Dissertation gefunden. Die Literatur wurde anschlie\u00dfend nach dem zugrundeliegenden Verst\u00e4ndnis der dynamischen Komponente, sowie deren methodischer Erfassung klassifiziert. Hierbei offenbarten sich drei Gruppen von Ans\u00e4tzen Dynamik in die MCDA zu integrieren: (1) Szenario-basierte Ans\u00e4tze, (2) Eine Kombination von MCDA mit Lebenszyklusmodellen (LCA), sowie (3) die direkte Einbeziehung von Dynamik in der Problemformulierung \u00fcber mehrere Datens\u00e4tze (DMCDA).<br \/>\nEin kritischer Vergleich dieser zeigt eine fortgeschrittene Entwicklung mit vielen Anwendungsbeispielen im Forschungsstrang der Szenario-basierten Ans\u00e4tze. Eine Kombination von MCDA mit LCA kommt vor allem in Nachhaltigkeitsfragen und bei der Beurteilung von Energietechnologien zum Einsatz.
