Open Access Statement
Junior Management Science (JUMS) is an Open Access Journal that publishes the best bachelor and master theses quarterly. We believe that unrestricted access to research is vital for advancing knowledge and disseminating scientific discoveries.
JUMS follows an Open Access publishing model, meaning all articles published in the journal are available to researchers, scholars, practitioners, and the general public without subscription fees or paywalls. This facilitates wider access to the latest research in business studies, fostering collaboration, innovation, and societal impact.
The journal encourages the use of open licenses, such as the Creative Commons CC BY license, to promote broad sharing and reuse of published work.
All articles published by JUMS are accessible worldwide under an open-access license (CC-BY-4.0).
This means:
- Anyone can freely access the full text of all articles published in JUMS without restriction.
- Readers are free to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to the articles, index them, use them as data in software, or utilize them for any other lawful purpose.
The open-access model is supported by Leibniz Information Centre for Economics (ZBW) and Ludwig-Maximilian Universität Munich.
